Shelby Hightower is a Philly based non-union actor and voice over artist represented by Voices Talent in LA. She has a BFA in Acting from Boston University and now studies on camera work with Bryan Fox at the Actor's Lab Philly and voice over with Tina Morasco. Most recently, she played "Chop-Top" Bill Moseley's niece in horror film 'Hayride to Hell' and voiced a commerical for FIMC insurance. She lives with her husband and two dogs.
